2026 Spring - Baseball

SOUTHGATE LITTLE LEAGUE - 2026 SPRING SEASON REGISTRATIONS

Player registration for the upcoming Spring 2026 baseball season is NOW OPEN!

All players are required to be registered online. Please complete the registration in its entirety before hitting submit.

Registration Required Documentation is as follows:

Digital Copy of Player's Birth Certificate
Little League® Baseball and Softball Medical Release
Heads Up Concussion Fact Sheet

PLAYERS AGE 8-16, without a sibling player age 4-7, will additionally need to provide:

Little League® Baseball and Softball School Enrollment Form

(Completion of this form is only required ONCE during a participant’s career unless the school enrollment changes. An updated Enrollment Form would then be required. )

OR

Provide 3 Forms of Residency Verification. All Players who reside in Southgate, MI or Riverview, MI are eligible to participate without needing a waiver. (If you live outside of Southgate or Riverview but want to play for Southgate Little League, please email us @ [email protected] to begin the waiver process.)

Paper Applications will NOT be accepted.

Original Birth Certificates will need to be produced for specialty teams, such as All-Stars, later in the Season.

EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION - $10 off

November 15 - January 15

FINAL REGISTRATION

January 16 - February 16

LATE REGISTRATION - $25 Late Fee

February 17 - February 28

* Junior / Senior Divisions Registrations will stay open until May 1st

MANDATORY VOLUNTEER FEE - $50.00/per player

Refunded upon 2.5 Volunteer Hours Completed.

If you have multiple players, one refund per 2.5 hours of volunteering will be administered.

RAFFLE TICKETS

Each Player is required to sell 1 Pack of tickets.

We will send email updates to all registrants with the dates and times available for Raffle Ticket Pickup and Dropoff. It is imperative that you provide an email address during registration that you review regularly. We also post all updates to our Southgate Little League Facebook Page: www.facebook.com/southgatelittleleague

SOFTBALL REGISTRATIONS

Tee Ball & 6u/Machine Pitch levels are CoEd Baseball Only.

Female Players 7-16 can choose between Baseball or Softball for the Farm, Minors, or Majors Divisions.

MANDATORY EVALUATIONS

Evaluation Dates/Times TBD

UNIFORM TRY-ON

We will have uniform samples to try on Raffle Ticket Pickups and Player Evaluations.

SPRING SEASON GAMES BEGIN

Saturday, April 25, 2026 - (All Divisions, Majors & Below)

Cash Payments for Registrations are accepted in person. Credit/Debit Card accepted online. You will ONLY be able to pay by Cash if you make arrangements with us once you complete your online sign-up. We DO NOT accept personal checks.
